In his post-match interview following the last North London derby at Highbury, Tottenham manager Martin Jol referred to his Arsenal counterpart as Wenger which, out of ignorance or incompetence, he contrived to mispronounce.

It is disappointing, to say the least, when a rookie manager who has won nothing is so dishonourable as to show conspicuous disrespect to a distinguished, articulate, courteous and universally admired manager who, unlike him, has won virtually everything.
